The stage is set, are the dancers ready???

Preparing for and performing a dance is always an exciting time for all dancers. Saanwee Performing Arts presents Winter Showcase 2021 for all our students : kids and adults, to present their talent.

Performance at a showcase is an experience you will always cherish. From practicing to dressing up, to those butterflies in the tummy, it is all worthwhile when you hear the applause of your audience.

With great pleasure, we invite you to perform at our WINTER SHOWCASE 2021.

Event Details:

Date: Sunday, December 12th, 2021

Time: 3:45-5:00pm Bharatanatyam

5:45-7:00pm Bollywood

Venue: Elegant Dancing Ballroom

11230 Waples Mill Rd #118, Fairfax, VA 22030

In order to follow COVID guidelines, we will have limited spots for participants and audience.

REGISTERATION FORM

DANCE CATEGORIES & FEE STRUCTURE

TWO CATEGORIES:

1. BOLLYWOOD

2. BHARATANATYAM

Tots / Juniors : $60 per Category

Tween / Adult : $70 per Category

Solo / Duet: $100 per Category per participant

What does the participation fee include?

1. Stage Fee

2. Costume & Jewelry Rental

(Solo / Duet Categories may skip costume rental if they would like to wear their own. Please contact us on info@saanwee.com for revised fee structure.)

3. Participation Certificate and Trophy per Category

Participant Registrations close on October 24th

Audience Passes will be available after November 10th for $15 per person.

ReGIstration Guidelines

All participants must choose either one or both categories : Bollywood &/or Bharatanatyam based on the dances you have learning.

Please complete registrations latest by Oct 24th, 2021. This will help us organize the event flow, costumes and audience passes efficiently.

This performance opportunity is only for our existing students at Saanwee Performing Arts. If you are not our current student, but would like to sign up, please contact us on info@saanwee.com

Audience Passes will be available after November 15th for $15 per person. Kids under 3 (who will not need a seat) can enter for free. Under COVID safety guidance, we will only have limited seating available.

Instructions for the event day, like reporting time, what to bring, event flow etc. will be emailed to all participants closer to the event date.

All class group performances must use the given rental costumes for a coordinated look. Costumes will be provided 1 week prior to the event and must be returned within 1 week after the event.
