ChakraGlow – Yoga • Dance • Breath (Free Community Class) ChakraGlow is a gentle, beginner-friendly movement class that blends yoga stretches, mindful dance, chakra activation, and guided breathwork. Using music, rhythm, and simple flowing movement, the class helps release stress, improve posture, increase flexibility, build body awareness, and nurture emotional balance. This special session is open to both kids (age 6+) and adults — perfect for families, beginners, or anyone wanting to explore movement in a fun, calming, and energetic way. No prior yoga or dance experience required. Just come with comfy clothes and an open mind. We are offering ChakraGlow as a FREE community class as a heartfelt “thank you” for all the love, trust, and support in 2025. It’s our way of giving back and ending the year on a note of wellness, connection, and inner radiance. All are welcome. Come as you are, move freely, and glow from within.

Cancellation Policy
ChakraGlow – Free Community Class | Policies Age Requirement: Open to adults and children 6+ years. Children under 10 must be dropped off and picked up on time. Registration Required: Even though it’s free, each participant must register in advance to reserve a spot. Punctuality: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in and settle before class begins. Clothing & Shoes: Wear comfortable clothing suitable for stretching and movement. Class is barefoot or in yoga socks. Health & Safety: If you have recent injuries, health concerns, or restricted mobility, please let the instructor know before class. No Food in Studio: Water bottles are allowed; food and snacks should stay in the reception area. Respectful Space: This is a quiet wellness environment. Participants must follow instructions, maintain etiquette, and use the space respectfully. Parents & Kids: Parents do not need to stay during class, but children must be picked up immediately at dismissal time. Cancellation: If you register but later cannot attend, please cancel your spot so another participant can join. First-Time Participants: A short waiver may be required at check-in.
