Our South Riding studio is available for hourly rentals—perfect for classes, rehearsals, or events.

STUDIO A - 1000 SQ.FT

For Rehearsals

Book Now

  • Solo / Couple : $35 for 1 hour (Floor Fee - Other couples or teachers maybe using the studio at the same time.)
                             

  • Group of 3-25 : $50 for 1 hour
                              

Studio A - 1000 Sq.ft

For Weekly Class

Book Now

  • $35/hr for monthly booking. (Minimum once a week schedule for 3months)

For Events/Parties

  • Workshops : $65 for 1 hour (minimum 2hours)

  • Parties : $200 for 1.5 hours;
                   $300 for 2 hours

  • Event essentials like Folding Tables, Chairs, Table covers, Paper Plates, Utensils etc. can be made available at additional cost on request.

  • If you need set up and clean up time, please book additional hours.

Amenities: Mirrored Wall, Wooden Floor, Bluetooth Speaker

STUDIO B- 400 SQ.FT

Amenities: Mirrored Wall, Bluetooth Speaker (Musical Instruments not part of the rental)

Flooring: Wooden floor with removable area rug (rug can be rolled up upon request).

Ideal for: Solo, duet, or small group rehearsals (2–3 dancers).

  • Solo / Couple : $10 for 30 min;
                              $20 for 1 hour
