Service Description

Our Piano Private Lessons are available on Fridays evenings and Sunday afternoons with Mr. Phil Nichols. From Beginner to Advance Levels Class Fee Structure: $25 for a 30-min Introductory Class The Introductory lesson gives you an opportunity to experience our teaching style & for us to understand your goals & pace of learning. Thereafter the 45-min Lessons are priced between 40-70/lesson based on the package you choose. For 30-min Lessons $45 for 1 lesson $42/lesson for a 8pack ($336) For 45-min Lessons $65 for 1 lesson $62/lesson for a 8pack ($496) Our 1:1 lessons are customized and designed to follow the RCM course work and prepare interested participants for certificate examinations and/or recitals. Cancellation Policy

Missed Class & Cancellation Saanwee LLC has a firm policy for rescheduling where we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule any private lesson. In-person or online. If I/We cancel any reservations or appointments after the stated time frame of 24 hours, I/We will be responsible for the entire amount of the session fee, without exception. The session fee may be deducted from my current package. For group classes, a ‘No Show’ will lead to losing that class credit. Missed classes with prior notice, via text or email, can be redeemed by attending a make up class on another available day. Students must reach out to us in order to schedule such a missed class. Missed classes cannot be carried forward in the same batch by extending the number of package weeks and must be redeemed before package expiration. For a 20 weeks group class pack, all students can avail the option to pause their class package when missing two or more consecutive weeks (up to 4 weeks maximum) of classes. They will not lose class credits when package is paused and can resume once they are back from the break. The 20 week package will expire in 6months from the date of purchase. Fees once paid are non-refundable & non-transferable. _______________________________________________________________________________________________
