Registration Guidelines

Please complete registrations latest by March 4th, 2025. This will help us organize the event flow, costumes and audience passes efficiently.

This performance opportunity is only for all existing students at Saanwee Performing Arts. If you are not our current student, but would like to sign up, please contact us on info@saanwee.com

Audience Passes are available for $10 per person. Kids under 2 (who will not need a seat) can enter for free.

Instructions for the event day, like reporting time, what to bring, event flow etc. will be emailed to all participants closer to the event date.

All performers will be provided with rental costumes 1 week prior to the event and these must be returned within 1 week after the event, in order to avoid late fee charges.

All payments made will be non-refundable and non-transferrable with no exceptions.
