Service Description
- Co-ed Batch - A fun, beginner-friendly Bollywood class for girls and boys! We teach one new song each month and build 3-song mashups every quarter for performances. - Class meets once a week. - Best time to join: 1st or 2nd week of the month. - Each class begins with a fun warm-up and technique-based movement practice, followed by choreography to a 2–2.5 min Bollywood routine. - Performance opportunities include two major recitals (May–June & Nov–Dec) and studio showcases (March & August). Students also enjoy themed workshops, parties, and community events throughout the year. - Practice videos available via our private class Facebook group. _______________________________________________________________ CLASS FEE STRUCTURE Trial Class: $10 Monthly Package: $23 per class (Billed for 4 or 5 classes depending on the month) Quarterly Package: $20 per class (Billed for 12–14 classes depending on the quarter) All packages are on auto-renewal. To cancel, please notify us at least 14 days before the next billing cycle via text (703-201-2683) or email (info@saanwee.com). ______________________________________________________________ Annual Registration Fee: $35 Applicable to all students from September 1st, 2025 Includes: Saanwee T-shirt + String Bag Choice of: * 1 Party Pass (worth $20) for Christmas / Diwali / Halloween OR * 2 Recital Passes (worth $20) 5% Member Discount on all events & birthday parties _________________________________________________________________ - Makeup Class Policy (Group Class) Makeup Class Policy • Monthly packages do not include makeup classes. • Any missed class under a monthly package will be forfeited. Quarterly Packages • Students enrolled in a quarterly package may avail up to two (2) makeup classes per quarter. • To be eligible for a makeup class, parents must inform us at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled class time. • No-shows (absence without prior notice) are not eligible for makeup classes. • Rescheduling a makeup is not permitted *If Saanwee cancels a class, a make-up will be offered within 15 days. Cancellation Policy
Fees once paid are non - refundable and non - transferable. Missed Class / Rescheduling Policy: 1. For all 1:1 Private lessons (Introductory or Packages), rescheduling a booked appointment requires a minimum 24hrs notice. Late cancellations would be charged full lesson price. 2. For all group classes, please inform us at least 2hours prior to class time if missing class that day. A make up credit will then be added to your account. You can reach us via text / email / call to schedule the make up class at an alternate available day, before your next billing cycle begins.
