Summer Kids Yoga Class

Keep your child active, calm, and focused this summer!
 

Looking for a simple and healthy activity for your child during summer break? Our Daily Kids Yoga (Summer Special) is designed to help children build flexibility, confidence, mindfulness, and healthy habits, all in a fun and nurturing environment.

These 40-minute yoga sessions are part of our Summer Camp and are also open as drop-in classes for non-camp students.

About the Workshop

Introduce your child to the benefits of yoga through our Summer Kids Yoga Class designed specially for young learners.

This program focuses on building flexibility, improving concentration, encouraging mindfulness, and helping children stay active in a fun and supportive environment.

Our guided sessions are simple, engaging, and suitable for beginners as well as returning students.

What is Kids Yoga?

Kids Yoga is a playful and structured practice that introduces children to basic yoga poses, breathing exercises, stretching, and relaxation techniques.

Through movement and mindfulness, children learn body awareness, balance, focus, and emotional regulation while having fun.

  • Days: Monday – Friday

  • Morning: 9:30 AM – 10:10 AM

  • Evening: 4:15 PM – 4:55 PM

  • Duration: Mid-June to School Reopening

  • Location: Saanwee Performing Arts

  • Fee: Starting from $12/session
