Service Description
This is a beginner class is for couples and individuals welcome. Prior experience is not required. The class starts with a gentle warm up followed by Block of the Week. From Copas to Cross Body Pivot Turns, Titatnic to Frisbee spins, you and your partner will have a blast learning these salsa moves. _______________________________________________ CLASS FEE STRUCTURE Trial Class: $10 Monthly Package: $23 per class (Billed for 4 or 5 classes depending on the month) Quarterly Package: $20 per class (Billed for 12–14 classes depending on the quarter) Drop-In Class: $24 - All packages are on auto-renewal. - To cancel, please notify us at least 14 days before your next billing cycle via text (703-201-2683) or email (info@saanwee.com). ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE $35 per student Includes a Saanwee Welcome Pack with class essentials. ________________________________________________________________________________________________ MAKEUP CLASS POLICY (GROUP CLASSES) - No-shows are charged in full. - Makeups are available only for informed absences and must be completed within the same package cycle. - Please inform us at least 1 hour before class via text (703-201-2683) or email (info@saanwee.com). - Makeup rescheduling is not permitted. - If Saanwee cancels a class, a makeup will be offered within 15 days. Cancellation Policy
Fees once paid are non - refundable and non - transferable. Missed Class / Rescheduling Policy: 1. For all 1:1 Private lessons (Introductory or Packages), rescheduling a booked appointment requires a minimum 24hrs notice. Late cancellations would be charged full lesson price. 2. For all group classes, please inform us at least 2hours prior to class time if missing class that day. A make up credit will then be added to your account. You can reach us via text / email / call to schedule the make up class at an alternate available day, before your next billing cycle begins.
