We want every child to step onto the stage feeling confident and looking their best. Our team of professional hair, makeup & costume experts will be here to help parents confidently prepare their child in full recital attire, making the performance day enjoyable and worry-free.

Performance Categories

Our Annual Winter Dance Recital 2026 is a joyful showcase of talent, creativity, and community. Students of all ages will take the stage, presenting performances that span graceful classical traditions to vibrant, high-energy Bollywood numbers; creating an afternoon filled with color, confidence, and joy.

• Group Bollywood
• Group Bharatanatyam
• Solo or Duet Bollywood
• Solo or Duet Bharatanatyam

• Parent-child dance

Recital participation Fee

Participation Fees are as mentioned on the registration form and all the applicable fees will be charged on your Saanwee Account.

What does the participation fee include?

1. Stage Fee

2. Costume & Jewelry Rental

3. Hair, makeup, dressing up assistance

4. Participation Certificate and Trophy per Category

ReGIstration Guidelines

Please complete registrations latest by September 30th, 2026. This will help us organize the event flow, costumes and audience passes efficiently.

This performance opportunity is only for all existing students at Saanwee Performing Arts. If you are not our current student, but would like to sign up, please contact us on info@saanwee.com

Audience Passes are now available for $10 per person before the recital. Buying audience passes at the door will be available for $12 per person. Kids under 2 (who will not need a seat) can enter for free.

Instructions for the event day, like reporting time, what to bring, event flow etc. will be emailed to all participants closer to the event date.

All performers will be provided with rental costumes 1 week prior to the event and these must be returned on December 14th, 2026, in order to avoid late fee charges at $10/late day.

All payments made will be non-refundable and non-transferrable with no exceptions.
