All Girls Bharatanatyam Batch A traditional yet vibrant Bharatanatyam class open to all levels! In this immersive weekly class, students will explore the rich classical art of Bharatanatyam with a strong foundation in mudras (hand gestures), adavus (footwork), abhinaya (expressions), and tala (rhythm). We follow a blended bani of Thanjavur and Kalakshetra styles. - Monthly Focus: Each month highlights a specific aspect of the dance form, helping students build their technique, expression, and storytelling while learning beautiful choreographies. - Class Format: Each session begins with yoga and warm-ups, followed by structured lessons from the syllabus and dance sequences. - Performance Opportunities: Students get the chance to perform at: • Two annual recitals (Spring – May/June & Winter – Nov/Dec) • Cultural festivals and community events throughout the year - Medal Tests: Annual Bharatanatyam Medal Tests are held, where participants receive medals, marksheets, and certificates for their progress. - Practice Support: Access class videos and announcements on our private class Facebook group for at-home practice. _______________________________________________________________ Class Fee Structure – • Trial Class: $10 • Monthly Package: $22.5 / class (billed for 4 or 5 weeks) • Quarterly Package: $20 / class (billed for 12 to 14 weeks) • Drop-in Class: $24 ** All packages are on auto-renewal.
