Our Piano curriculum combines traditional content with cutting-edge technology, providing a unique and enriching learning experience for your child. - Class Details Duration: Each lesson is 45 minutes long. - Expert Guidance Under the expert guidance of our esteemed music instructors, your child will receive personalized attention and expert instruction. Their passion for music and extensive experience will nurture your child's musical talents, ensuring steady progress and a fun learning journey. - Curriculum: A balance of theory and practical knowledge to provide a well-rounded musical education. - Personalized Learning: Focused on individualized instruction to cater to each child's pace and abilities. _______________________________________________________________________________________ - CLASS FEE STRUCTURE Introductory Class - $25 Level 1 - 3 Package - Monthly -$25 per class (Billed for 4 or 5 classes depending on the month) - Quarterly - $23 per class (Billed for 12–14 classes depending on the quarter) - Study Material / Song Book - $25 per level ___________________________________ Level 4 - 6 Package - Monthly - $40 per class (Billed for 4 or 5 classes depending on the month) - Quarterly - $38 per class (Billed for 12–14 classes depending on the quarter) - Study Material / Song Book - $45/level ______________________________________ *Registration fee: $35/year includes a welcome pack with class essentials ____________________________________________________________________________________________ - Make-up Classes Make-up classes can be arranged on an alternate day if you inform us in advance about an absence. No-show policy: If a class is missed without prior notice, a make-up class cannot be provided.

Cancellation Policy
• Trial fees are non-refundable. • Trial vouchers are valid for 3 months from purchase. • Missed trials are not refundable but may be rescheduled within validity period. • All payments for any programs, services or items once made - are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Missed classes are not refundable. • A valid card must remain on file for all active enrollments as all enrollments run on auto-billing based on the selected package. • By enrolling, you authorize Saanwee Performing Arts to charge the card on file for tuition and any approved classes, services, or additional fees. • Charges approved via form, email, or text cannot be reversed once processed.. • All payments are final. Filing a chargeback without contacting Saanwee first violates studio policy. Any reversed or disputed charge will incur a $25 admin fee plus bank/Stripe fees, and enrollment may be paused until all dues are cleared. • If a class is cancelled by Saanwee, a make-up class or studio credit will be provided based on availability. Refunds are not issued. • Classes and events may be photographed or recorded for studio use and promotions.
