Service Description
Unwind and stretch with our Kid's Yoga Class, a tranquil oasis designed to cultivate mindfulness and relaxation in young minds. Led by our experienced instructors, this class offers a gentle introduction to yoga, fostering physical well-being and inner calm. Mon to Fri 10:00-10:45am Through a series of fun and engaging exercises, children will explore the fundamentals of yoga while developing balance, strength, and flexibility. Join us on a journey of self-discovery and wellness, where each breath becomes an opportunity for growth and exploration. Fee Structure $10 Trial Class $75 for a 4 class Punch Card (Validity 6 weeks) $135 for an 8 class Punch Card (Validity 12 weeks)

Cancellation Policy
ChakraGlow – Free Community Class | Policies Age Requirement: Open to adults and children 6+ years. Children under 10 must be dropped off and picked up on time. Registration Required: Even though it’s free, each participant must register in advance to reserve a spot. Punctuality: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in and settle before class begins. Clothing & Shoes: Wear comfortable clothing suitable for stretching and movement. Class is barefoot or in yoga socks. Health & Safety: If you have recent injuries, health concerns, or restricted mobility, please let the instructor know before class. No Food in Studio: Water bottles are allowed; food and snacks should stay in the reception area. Respectful Space: This is a quiet wellness environment. Participants must follow instructions, maintain etiquette, and use the space respectfully. Parents & Kids: Parents do not need to stay during class, but children must be picked up immediately at dismissal time. Cancellation: If you register but later cannot attend, please cancel your spot so another participant can join. First-Time Participants: A short waiver may be required at check-in.
