A fun, beginner-friendly Bollywood dance class for ladies only! Learn one new song each month and build a simple 2–3 song mashup every quarter for performances. ________________________________________________________________________________________________ CLASS FORMAT - Co-ed group class designed for young beginners - Class meets once a week - Best time to join: 1st or 2nd week of the month - Each class begins with a fun warm-up and beginner movement technique - Followed by choreography to a 2–2.5 minute Bollywood routine - Practice videos shared via our private class Facebook group ________________________________________________________________________________________________ PERFORMANCES Students get the chance to perform at: • 2-3 annual recitals (Spring – March, Summer - May/June & Winter – Nov/Dec) • Cultural festivals and community events throughout the year ________________________________________________________________________________________________ CLASS FEE STRUCTURE Trial Class: $10 Monthly Package: $23 per class (Billed for 4 or 5 classes depending on the month) Quarterly Package: $20 per class (Billed for 12–14 classes depending on the quarter) Drop-In Class: $24 - All packages are on auto-renewal. - To cancel, please notify us at least 14 days before your next billing cycle via text (703-201-2683) or email (info@saanwee.com). ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE $35 per student Includes a Saanwee Welcome Pack with class essentials. ________________________________________________________________________________________________ MAKEUP CLASS POLICY (GROUP CLASSES) - No-shows are charged in full. - Makeups are available only for informed absences and must be completed within the same package cycle. - Please inform us at least 1 hour before class via text (703-201-2683) or email (info@saanwee.com). - Makeup rescheduling is not permitted. - If Saanwee cancels a class, a makeup will be offered within 15 days. Cancellation Policy
• Trial fees are non-refundable. • Trial vouchers are valid for 3 months from purchase. • Missed trials are not refundable but may be rescheduled within validity period. • All payments for any programs, services or items once made - are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Missed classes are not refundable. • A valid card must remain on file for all active enrollments as all enrollments run on auto-billing based on the selected package. • By enrolling, you authorize Saanwee Performing Arts to charge the card on file for tuition and any approved classes, services, or additional fees. • Charges approved via form, email, or text cannot be reversed once processed.. • All payments are final. Filing a chargeback without contacting Saanwee first violates studio policy. Any reversed or disputed charge will incur a $25 admin fee plus bank/Stripe fees, and enrollment may be paused until all dues are cleared. • If a class is cancelled by Saanwee, a make-up class or studio credit will be provided based on availability. Refunds are not issued. • Classes and events may be photographed or recorded for studio use and promotions.
